As the Organisation does not sell goods or services or take bookings, orders, or paid subscriptions, there are no purchases or paid commitments for a member of the public to cancel. This policy instead sets out how engagements and correspondence with the Organisation may be discontinued.
Any party engaged with the Organisation in a partnership, grant, or collaboration may withdraw from that engagement in accordance with the terms of the written agreement governing it. Where no specific term applies, a party may discontinue the engagement by giving written notice to the Organisation, and we will likewise confirm any discontinuation in writing.
